The company is today identifying ways to use off-specification uranium, that today cannot be used or disposed of by the DOE, into feed material for the company's pioneering HEU-to-LEU conversion. This can help reduce the cost of storing or burying the material, while recycling the material into a valuable resource. NFS is also pioneering other technologies.
